Exchanges, returns and defects
Business customers
For business purchases, meaning purchases made by entrepreneurs, there is no revocation right or legal remission period. They have no legal right to return their purchase within 14 days without giving reasons and receive a full refund including delivery costs.
Private customers
To request a return always contact us! We do our best to process returns within 14 days. Returns that do not meet the conditions below will be refused and returned to sender.
Please note: that the costs of a return are to be paid by the customer.
Return Conditions:
- Please, include a copy of the invoice and the reason of return with package. You can attach it inside the box.
- Make sure the product is unused, in the original box, properly packed and shipped within 14 days.
- Please note that there should be no damage to the original packaging. There should also be no written text on the outside of the original packaging.
- In case of damage we charge a minimum of 30% of the purchase price.
- It is not possible to hand in a return at our pickup location.
- Is the article a special offer/bundle product? Then you need to send all associated offer/ bundle products. If the whole offer/bundle product(s) is/are returned, the amount will be charged to your account. This also applies to requested actions from manufacturers.
- Any packages returned that do not meet the conditions must unfortunately be sent back. The costs of this are charged to the customer.
Has the item been damaged by delivery?
Unfortunately, damage may occur during transport. Please send us a picture as evidence and a clear description of the damage or defect. We investigate each case to see what the best solution is.
Tip: always check if the items work upon arrival, and always contact us immediately if items are delivered damaged or defective.
Did the item become damaged or defective during use?

Check the order immediately upon receipt
We recommend that you check if your order is correct and complete immediately upon delivery. Also check whether it involves a partial delivery of your order, which means that the remaining part still has to be delivered.
Wrong article delivered?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the wrong article is delivered. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately.
Private customers
No, it is not possible to exchange items.
However, you can cancel your order (if it has not been shipped yet) or return it and order the correct item yourself. The costs for a return shipment are for you. Please contact us for the cancellation and return of items always. We kindly ask you to give us the reason for the return. We investigate each case to find the best solution there is.
Business customers
