Has your order been delayed?

These are unpredictable times and unfortunately delays cannot be avoided. However, together with our carriers and manufacturers, we do everything possible to get your order to you as soon as possible.

What can you do? Here are some tips.

Be patient. You will not be skipped.
We know it is difficult. After all, you want to get on with your job quickly. We do everything we can to deliver your order, so you can trust that we have all orders in process. Unfortunately, however, we cannot promise that all orders will be delivered on time. We ask for your understanding and patience.

Please make sure you are at home.
Most carriers make several attempts to deliver your order. If you are not at home or the package cannot be delivered, your order will be taken to a collection point, or it will be returned to us. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Our tip: try to avoid this! Otherwise, it will only take longer, resulting in even more frustration. So make sure there is someone present at the delivery address who can collect your order.

Keep an eye on your e-mail for the automatic shipping notification.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic message with all the details you need to track your order. This way, you will also know exactly when your order will be delivered. As long as you have not received a dispatch notification, your order has not been sent. Tip: did you check your junk mail or spam?

Check the expected delivery time for your item on the site.
Has it changed after you ordered? Then there has been a delay and the new delivery time applies. Do not panic, we will do everything we can to still deliver as soon as possible! Your order will still be processed.
