Fischer 510971 Insulation material plug FID 90 25 pieces

The Fischer Insulation Material Plug FID is a plug that is used to fasten lightweight assembly pieces in plastered and unplastered insulation boards made of polystyrene or polyurethane. The Fischer FID is applied by hand or with a cordless screwdriver. The special thread cuts precisely into the insulation board. The mounting part, letterboxes, lights or motion detectors can be fixed with a 6 mm screw.

Building materials

• The FID can be inserted into the flat insulation board with a cordless screwdriver or by hand

• Mounting brackets for the FID 90 are fastened with a 6 mm screw
• To avoid moisture in the insulating material, the edge of the plug must be carefully sealed after the pre-assembly
