The Fischer DTM A2 metal insulation disc is used together with the Fischer DHM A2 metal insulation plug for soft insulation material. For this purpose, the insulation disc is pushed onto the metal insulation plug. With this compression fitting, installation is extremely fast and effortless. Thanks to the achieved fire resistance rating of R 120 it can also be used for high demands on fire resistance. With the combination of the metal insulation plugs DHM A2 and the DTM 80 A2 insulation discs, for example, insulation boards made of soft mineral wool can be fixed both outdoors and in damp environments.
