Product description

Fischer 540114 Constructieplug SXRL 8 x 80 schroef met verzonken kop 50 pieces

The fischer Construction plug SXRL-T with the fischer countersunk screw with T30 insertion is approved for multiple fixings of non-load-bearing systems in masonry, concrete and aerated concrete. In masonry made of perforated brick, the spreading zones of the plug ensure even force distribution, in aerated concrete and solid material they join together to form a long spreading element. With the locking bolt made of galvanized steel, the construction plug is very suitable for fixings in interior construction, such as for windows, coat racks, hanging cupboards or television consoles.

Advantages

  • The long spreading element with multiple anchoring depths makes the SXRL a versatile product.
  • Due to the special geometry of the plug, the fastening forces are evenly distributed over the walls of the drilled hole.
  • When anchoring in perforated and solid building materials, the two spreading zones realize optimum fastening values.
  • When the lure is placed deeper, the longer ribs prevent the lure from rotating with it during mounting.

Characteristics

  • ETA rated with excellent load ratings: secure multiple fixings of non-load bearing systems in concrete and masonry.
  • The long spreader element with two anchoring depths makes the SXRL versatile for a variety of applications.
  • The loads are distributed evenly in the building material due to the geometry of the dowels.
  • As a result, load-bearing materials in thin-walled construction materials are not damaged beyond repair.
  • Easy assembly: ribs prevent the lure from twisting along during deeper insertion.

Applications

  • Wall, ceiling and roof structures of wood and metal, Windows, Fences and doors, Wardrobes, Hanging kitchen cabinets, Rachel work.

Building Materials

  • Approved for: Perforated brick Cellular concrete Hollow brick of lightweight concrete Perforated sand-lime brick Thermal insulation blocks Solid brick of normal and lightweight concrete Solid brick Solid sand-lime brick Concrete Ôëº C12/15 Also suitable for: High-density natural stone Gypsum blocks

Assembly

  • The SXRL is suitable for push-through mounting.
  • In masonry made of perforated stone, the two spreading zones ensure force distribution that spares the substrate.
  • Due to the second spreading zone, sills of perforated stone are not damaged beyond repair and can therefore be used to further conduct the forces.
  • The two spreading zones merge into the aerated concrete and solid building materials into one long spreading element and guarantee an even, surface-distributed spreading of the load in the substrate.
  • Ideally suited for fixing wooden structures.
  • For fixing metal structures, it is recommended to use SXRL-FUS with dowels with a wide sleeve edge and hexagonal head screws with preformed washers.
