Description

• For machining different workpiece geometries and materials, PFERD offers a wide range of tools from flexible abrasives
• They consist of a carrier material, a base bond and a cover bond for securing the abrasive grains
• Depending on the grit size, high material removal or a very fine surface finish can be achieved with tools from abrasives
• The carrier materials of choice differ in their properties such as tear resistance, flexibility and abrasion
• With the selection of the appropriate substrate, the grinding tool is adapted to the requirements of the intended application: Paper is found in the wood-processing industry and at craft enterprises, e.g. carpenters, painters and painters, textiles are mainly used in metal processing, and the highly abrasion-resistant volcanic fiber in various thicknesses is predominantly used in the production of fiber wheels
• The set contains three flap wheels in the corundum A version with shank diameter 6 mm and grit sizes 60, 80 and 120
