THE NEW GENERATION ALL-IN-ONE SEALING AND FINISHING SEALANT.

• Extremely flexible sealant based on MS hybrid polymer that replaces all other sealants: painting sealant, sanitary sealant, building sealant, anti-humidity sealant, glazing sealant, natural stone sealant, concrete sealant, ... .
• Easily workable and perfectly paintable.
• The combination of superior adhesion and permanent elasticity ensures resistant joints.
• Perfectly resistant to weather, UV rays and temperature fluctuations.

Application

• Safe natural stone sealant for all types of stone such as marble, granite, bluestone, (most) composite materials, concrete, masonry, window sills, countertops, sills,...
• Sanitary sealant for mold-resistant joint sealing in sanitary areas and wet cells
• Construction sealant for sealing connection and expansion joints in construction and industry.
• Glass sealant. Sealing of facade and building elements such as facades, frames, windows, panels, prefab elements, ... .
• EC1935 Isega food approval: suitable for use in the food industry and Horeca.
• Air sealing in BEN and passive construction.
• Very low emission: Emicode EC1 Plus / VOC emission class A+.

• Odor: neutral. Shore-A hardness (DIN 53505): 32.
• Modulus of elasticity at 100% elongation (DIN 53504 S2): ± 0.6 N/mm².
• Elongation at break (DIN 53504 S2): ± 600%.
• Elastic recovery (DIN EN ISO 7389): > 60%.
• Tensile strength (DIN 53504 S2): ± 1.6 N/mm².
• Moving power: 20%.
• Consistency (DIN EN ISO 7390): stable to ≤ 3 mm.
• Curing: by polymerization under the influence of humidity.
• Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C.
• Open time at 23°C/ 50%R.H.: max. 30 min.
• Curing at 23°C and 50% R.H.: after 24 h: ± 2.5 mm; after 48 h: ± 3.5 mm.
• Shrinkage after curing (DIN EN ISO 10563) : ≤ 3%.
• Paintable: yes.
• Density at 23°C and 50% R.H.: 1.48 ± 0.05 g/cm³.
• Temperature resistance: from - 40°C to + 90°C.
• Chemical resistance: Good: water, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases, dilute organic acids and bases.
• Moderate: esters, ketones and aromatics.
• Not resistant to: concentrated acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
• Weather resistance: very good.
• Shelf life: 18 months, kept cool and dry in original container.
• Frost resistant during transport to -15°C.
