Description

• Roof sealing and renovation.
• Sealing of roof details such as penetrations, connections, transitions, edges and sides.

User Manual

• Apply to clean and stable substrate, which may be slightly moist. Reinforce fragile or corroded surfaces with a coat of Fixprimer.
• Always reinforce weak areas, connections, seams and corners with Fiberglass Tape. Reinforce large areas (>4 m²) entirely with Fiberglass reinforcement mesh.
• Apply with a brush or spatula, in one coat of at least 1 mm thickness.
• Clean tools immediately with Tec7 Cleaner and your hands with Powerwipes. After curing, remove only mechanically.
• A surplus can be stored for a short time provided that the bag in the pot is sealed airtight and air-free.
• Test adhesion on EPDM and plastics. Discoloration and/or loss of adhesion may occur on bituminous materials, however, can be applied to slate-treated roofing. Not suitable for permanent immersion.
• Consumption for 1mm thickness: 1 liter/m². Consumption varies according to the roughness of the substrate.
