The VLC 1000 is a strong and powerful vinyl and laminate cutter for professional use. Thanks to the gears with 3-fold power transmission, you can effortlessly cut particularly thick laminate, vinyl and designer flooring with a material thickness of up to 14 mm and a material width of up to 370 mm.

The patented return mechanism returns the blade to its home position after the cut, allowing work to continue quickly.
The smooth blade allows you to cut even flooring strips with integrated impact sound insulation neatly and without splinters, leaving the design layer undamaged.
You can even machine click vinyl panels and vinyl tiles up to 6 mm thick effectively with the VLC 1000. Thanks to the KTL coating, nothing sticks to the blade.

During sawing, the serrations on the cutting slats and the stop ensure that the workpiece stays firmly in place, while the non-slip feet ensure that the VLC 1000 is stable. You can comfortably rest your panels on the material cover. The integrated 90° stop can be adjusted in 4 40 mm increments.
This allows you to optimize the cutting angle for small cutting widths from 210 to 370 mm. You are also prepared for different material thicknesses with the VLC 1000.

You adjust the cutting gap to the appropriate position: position 1 for material thicknesses of 2 to 4 mm, position 2 for 5 to 8 mm, position 3 for 9 to 11 mm and position 4 for 12 to 14 mm thick floor strips. The stop not only supports you in accurate 90° cuts, but you can also adjust it for angle cuts from 0 to 180° and longitudinal cuts, or remove it completely.

If you want to cut particularly thick floor strips, you can secure them to the extra-wide cutting strip with a clamp. With the VLC 1000, you work with low dust and noise. The VLC 1000 is thus ideal for cutting to size at the workplace, privately or at your customer''s premises.
