DEWALT tools with up to 5 years warranty at Toolnation

Toolnation is an official DEWALT Approved Online Dealer. This means you are guaranteed to receive genuine DEWALT products, along with full support for warranty and service.

With proper registration, you will receive up to 5 years warranty on many DEWALT tools, consisting of:

  • 3-year DEWALT manufacturer’s warranty, after registration within 4 weeks via MyDEWALT
  • +2 additional years of warranty via Toolnation, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty (provided registration is completed correctly and on time)

DEWALT and Toolnation Warranty Conditions

When you purchase a DEWALT device through Toolnation, you benefit from extended warranty coverage. In addition to the statutory consumer warranty (2 years in the Netherlands), DEWALT offers a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on many professional devices – provided you register your product within 4 weeks via MyDEWALT. Toolnation adds an additional 2-year extended warranty, subject to proper registration with the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.

1. DEWALT European 3-Year Warranty:

  • Valid if registered within 4 weeks of purchase via MyDEWALT.
  • Available only to end users; not applicable to resale or rental purposes.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.
  • Exclusions:
    • Fastening Tools e.g. Nailers, Powder Impact tools.
    • Batteries (excluding Powerstack™) and Chargers.
    • Rebuilt or Reconditioned products identified with additional markings – “Factory rework” and/or “Q”.
    • DCF921 “Scaffolding Impact Wrench”.
    • Devices listed under the exclusions in Section 3 of the DEWALT European Power Tool Guarantee Terms and Conditions.

2. Toolnation 2-Year Extended Warranty:

Toolnation offers an additional 2-year warranty on top of the DEWALT manufacturer’s warranty, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The device is correctly registered within 30 days of purchase with DEWALT.
  • You possess a valid DEWALT warranty certificate issued upon successful registration via MyDEWALT.
  • The device is not part of the excluded categories listed in DEWALT’s warranty terms.
 

Important: If registration with DEWALT is not completed correctly or within the required timeframe, the Toolnation extended warranty will be void.

What do you need to do?

  • Register each device individually via MyDEWALT.
  • Keep both your proof of purchase and the issued warranty certificate.
  • Complete the registration within 30 days of purchase.
  • The extended warranty only applies to devices purchased from 01/09/2018 onwards.
