Terms and Conditions for DEWALT and Toolnation Warranty

If you purchase DEWALT products through Toolnation, you'll enjoy additional warranty coverage. In addition to the legal warranty, DEWALT provides an extra manufacturer's warranty. Furthermore, Toolnation offers an additional 2-Year Extra Warranty after you register your purchase, which means you can benefit from a total of 5 years of warranty!

What Does the DEWALT Manufacturer's Warranty Include?

In addition to the standard 1-year warranty, DEWALT offers a European 3-year machine warranty. This extended warranty is available to end-users who have purchased their machines from an authorized European DEWALT dealer, like Toolnation. It does not apply to individuals buying machines for resale or rental purposes. The European 3-year machine warranty also excludes:

• Fastening tools, such as tackers and powder hammers.
• Batteries and chargers.
• Reconditioned machines marked "Factory rework" and/or "Q."
• Compressors and generators.

5-Year Guarantee with the Extra Toolnation Warranty

At Toolnation, you'll receive a total of 5 years of warranty on DEWALT power tools. On top of the manufacturer's warranty, you will receive an additional 2-year Toolnation warranty upon registering your purchase.

• The same warranty terms as provided by the supplier apply to the two additional years of Toolnation warranty.
• Please note that the Toolnation guarantee does not cover products or product groups excluded by the manufacturer for an extended guarantee period.
• Therefore, if you cannot register a DEWALT product with the manufacturer for an extended warranty, the additional Toolnation warranty will not apply.

What Are the Requirements for the DEWALT Warranty and Extra Toolnation Warranty?

Within 4 weeks of your purchase, please register your DEWALT tools. You will then receive a warranty and service certificate in the form of a PDF document.

Important Notes:

• If you fail to register your machine, battery, or charger within 30 days, you will lose your right to the manufacturer's and Toolnation's additional warranty.
• Each device must be registered separately.
• The additional warranty is effective for purchases of the brands listed from 01-09-2018.
