The capacity of Dumpers

In this form, the small dumper may not do justice to its name. With a load capacity of 300 kilograms, the smallest mini dumper is already suitable for adequately transporting and delivering large quantities of materials. The mini tracked dumper with a 300 kg capacity is the smallest dumper you can have at your disposal. The A-brands Scheppach, Metal Works, Bamato and Altrad provide the handyman who needs even more loading capacity with a wide variety of mini dumpers with a loading capacity of 500 kilos. For the handyman for whom even a 500 kg load capacity is not enough, Altrad offers the E dumper.

Where the A-brands Scheppach, Metal Works and Bamato give the handyman the choice of various types of dumpers with a load capacity of 300 and 500 pounds, Altrad does a little extra with the E dumper. The Altrad dumper E has a load capacity of 800 kilos and is available in several versions.

The Altrad dumper with a load capacity of 500 kg is available in normal and extra-slim versions. The slim version is designed to facilitate indoor transport and effortlessly pass through doorways. The Altrad E-800 with 800 kg payload is available in the normal tipper version and in the scissor lift version. The scissor lift allows the skip to be lifted and emptied into containers. The tipper with scissor lift offers a solution for emptying containers where the dumper cannot be driven into the container for whatever reason.

Track Transporter or Wheeled Dumper?

An Altrad electric dumper can provide the solution, due to its higher load capacity and the possibility of purchasing an electric dumper with scissor lift. Altrad usually equips all of its dumpers with wheels, where other brands also give the handyman the choice of a tracked dumper. It's up to the handyman to decide which type of drive is best for him or her. If you mainly use your dumper indoors, a wheeled dumper might be the most convenient option for you. If you use the dumper a lot outdoors, for example in landscaping, and transport a lot of materials on sandy soil, then a tracked dumper is more convenient. The four-wheel drive ensures that the mini dumper will not get stuck quickly on sandy ground. If that does happen, the solution is still in the form of driving plates. The same plates can also be used on the track transporter to get over door thresholds, for example.
