FEIN tools with up to 5 years warranty at Toolnation
Toolnation is an officially authorized FEIN dealer. We supply only genuine FEIN products, including full support for warranty handling and service in accordance with the applicable conditions of FEIN and Toolnation.
With timely and proper registration, you can claim a total warranty of up to 5 years on many FEIN machines. This warranty is structured as follows:
- 3-year manufacturer’s warranty from FEIN, provided the registration is completed within 3 months after purchase via your my.FEIN account.
- +2 years additional warranty from Toolnation, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty, provided the registration is fully completed within the specified period and all applicable conditions are met.
Warranty conditions for FEIN and Toolnation
What does the 3-year FEIN PLUS warranty include?
FEIN power tools and belt sanders, as well as Li-ion batteries and matching chargers, are covered by an extended 3-year warranty, provided the product is registered within 3 months of purchase via your personal my.FEIN account at warranty.fein.com. The 3-year FEIN PLUS warranty does not apply to devices that are listed as exclusions in the official FEIN warranty terms.
What does the additional 2-year Toolnation warranty include?
If your registration with FEIN is fully completed within 30 days of purchase, Toolnation extends the warranty period by an additional 2 years. This supplementary warranty is only valid if the product is not excluded by the manufacturer and applies to purchases from Toolnation as of 01/09/2018.
Please note:
- The FEIN PLUS warranty requires registration within 3 months of purchase.
- The additional Toolnation warranty requires registration within 30 days of purchase.
- Each device must be registered individually.
- In case of a warranty claim, both the warranty certificate and the original proof of purchase must be provided.
- The extended Toolnation warranty does not apply to high-pressure cleaners, combustion engine machines, or pneumatic tools.
