Fischer 522720 Frame/Construction plug SXRL 10 x 100 FUS electrolytically zinc plated steel 50 pieces
The versatile one with multiple anchoring depth. The fischer Construction plug SXR FUS with the fischer screw with hexagonal head with matching washer and integrated bit holder T40 is approved for multiple fixings of non-load-bearing systems in masonry, concrete and aerated concrete. In masonry made of perforated brick, the spreading zones of the plug ensure even force distribution, in aerated concrete and solid material they join together to form a long spreading element. With the locking bolt made of galvanized steel, the construction plug is very suitable for fastening facade, ceiling and roof constructions made of metal.
Advantages
- The long spreader element with multiple anchoring depths of 50, 70 and 90 mm for the SXRL 8 and SXRL 10 and 70 and 90 mm for the SXRL 14 makes the SXRL a versatile product.
- Due to the special geometry of the plug, the fastening forces are evenly distributed over the walls of the drilled hole.
- When anchoring in perforated and solid building materials, the two spreading zones realize optimum fastening values.
- When the lure is placed deeper, the longer ribs prevent the lure from rotating with it during mounting.
- In addition, the SXRL 14 is approved for applications that are stressed by the exertion of pressure and may be used for facade structures, which are remotely mounted without wall brackets.
- The SXRL with a usage length of up to 240 mm offers the right plug for every application.
Characteristics
- ETA rated with excellent load ratings: secure multiple fixings of non-load bearing systems in concrete and masonry.
- The long spreader element with two anchoring depths makes the SXRL versatile for a variety of applications.
- The loads are distributed evenly in the building material due to the geometry of the dowels.
- As a result, load-bearing materials in thin-walled construction materials are not damaged beyond repair.
- Easy assembly: ribs prevent the lure from twisting along during deeper insertion.
Applications
- Wall, ceiling and roof structures of wood and metal, Windows, Fences and doors, Wardrobes, Hanging kitchen cabinets, Rachel work.
Building Materials
- Approved for: Perforated brick Cellular concrete Hollow brick of lightweight concrete Perforated sand-lime brick Thermal insulation blocks Solid brick of normal and lightweight concrete Solid brick Solid sand-lime brick Concrete  C12/15 Also suitable for: High-density natural stone Gypsum blocks
Assembly
- The SXRL is suitable for push-through mounting. In masonry made of perforated stone, the two spreading zones ensure force distribution that protects the substrate.
- Due to the second spreading zone, sills of perforated stone are not damaged beyond repair and can therefore be used to further conduct the forces.
- The two spreading zones merge into the aerated concrete and solid building materials into one long spreading element and guarantee an even, surface-distributed spreading of the load in the substrate.
- Countersunk head screws are recommended for fastening wood structures.
- For metal constructions use plugs with a wide sleeve edge and with hexagonal head screws with preformed washers.
