The fischer Chemical capsule RM II in combination with RG M anchor rod is the first capsule system with European Technical Approval Option 1 for cracked concrete, which does not require borehole drilling. The Chemical Capsule is used to anchor steel structures, machines or stairs in interior and exterior areas. The Capsule can be used with the fischer anchor rod RG M and the fischer female anchor RG M I. With the Chemical Capsule RM II no borehole cleaning is required, nevertheless the anchor can still absorb very high loads, enabling fast processing.

Assembly

• The Chemical Capsule RM II in combination with Anchor Rod RG M or Female Threaded Anchor RG MI is applicable as pre-piercing assembly.
• The 2 component Chemical capsule RM II contains styrene-free vinyl ester resin and hardener.
• The fixing element is to be placed with a drill hammer in knock-down rotary function and corresponding mounting aid.
• While inserting the anchor rod, the glass capsule is broken and thanks to the rotary-knocking motion, the 2 components are mixed with each other, this allows the chemical reaction to take place.
• The mortar bonds to the borehole wall as well as the anchor rod, making the anchor one with the concrete.
