Shipping and collection
Toolnation orders are shipped with various premium carriers. Carriers depend on the package, the weight of the package, or the country of destination.
When your order is handled in our warehouse you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation and overview of the shipment sent by us.
We do not include a paper packing list with the order, consult the shipping confirmation for an overview of what has been delivered of your order.
You can also track your order yourself by logging in with your Toolnation customer account. > Log in

Note: Unfortunately, it is not (yet) possible to link orders to your customer account after the fact
Shipping costs in BENELUX and Germany
•Orders of €100 (incl. VAT) or more will be shipped for free
•For orders of less than €100 (incl. VAT) the shipping costs are €9
•For orders of less than €30 (incl. VAT) the shipping costs are €13
*Any shipping costs will be shown separately at checkout.
Note: Shipping costs are charged for products of exceptional weight, size or which require additional handling (e.g. lawn mowers, table saws, undercarriages, compressors etc.).
Shipping costs outside BENELUX and Germany, within EU
The shipping costs for shipments within Europe are calculated automatically when your address details are entered.
For orders with a large size/weight that have to be shipped outside of the BENELUX or Germany, we will send an e-mail with the corresponding information and shipping costs.
Note: These orders are shipped by us in one go. Shipping costs may vary based on the destination; these will be requested from the carrier. Shipping costs are charged for products of exceptional weight, size or which require additional handling (e.g. lawn mowers, table saws, undercarriages, compressors etc.).

Change shipping address
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders placed. To do this, the order must be cancelled & placed again. Please contact our customer service for this. >Contact us

Orders for multiple products with different delivery times may result in partial deliveries. It is not possible to indicate a preference in this regard.
We generally do our best to optimize the ordering and shipping process in order to minimize partial deliveries. > read more
Note: when you order a SET in which part of the set has a longer delivery time, the available part of the set will be sent to you in advance. It is not possible to indicate a preference in this regard.
Not home at the indicated delivery time?
In most cases, there are 2 to 3 delivery attempts (depending on the carrier). If you are not at home, the deliverer will first try to deliver the parcel to the neighbors, and if not, the parcel will be delivered to a pick-up point.
Note: Each carrier has different agreements/procedures. Please carefully read the information sent (by the carrier) for specific information regarding the shipment.
*Toolnation never gives drop-off permission to any carrier, this is an option you can choose from our carriers.
When completing your order, you have the option of choosing 'collect in Beek' as the shipping method. We will contact you by phone or e-mail when your order is ready for you.
Please note that this option has an additional delivery time.
