• Clean compressed air is important in compressed air installation.
• A continuous process through a reliable compressed air supply is a proven fact. The OFAG4 is designed for all applications where compressed air is required according to the ISO8573-1 standard.
• Big plus to the OFAG4 adsorption dryers is the coating on the inside of the filter pots, which makes the reaction of ammonia with condensation and aluminum of the housing a thing of the past.
• This prevents blockages and malfunctions in the adsorption dryer system.
• The adsorption dryer has a continuous pressure dew point of at least -20°C and a maximum of -70°C.
• This removes 99.99% of the moisture from the air.
• The adsorption dryer is further equipped with silencers, visible pressure gauges and the fittings are made of stainless steel for increased strength and better air passage.
• Five filters complying with the ISO8573-1:1.3.1/0 standard are used to purify the compressed air.
• In front of the dryer are the pre-filters: cyclone filter, P filter and an S filter.
• The cyclone filter filters water from the compressed air.
• The rotary motion of the compressed air pushes the condensate against the housing, causing the water to sink to the bottom of the filter jar.
