The Carat CS XL Diamond Saw Blade is a 350 mm professional saw blade with a 25.4 mm bore, specially developed for continuous cutting in (reinforced) concrete. This blade is equipped with fast cutting turbo segments with an increased segment height of 12 mm (instead of the standard 10 mm), providing longer life and higher cutting speed. The blade is suitable for use on motor cut-off saws and floor saws and is applied dry. Thanks to the included fitting ring, the blade is also compatible with machines with a 20 mm bore.

Special Features

• Increased segment height (12 mm): the segments are 12 mm high instead of the usual 10 mm. This offers longer life and more diamond reserve for intensive cutting work
• Turbo segments: The fast cutting turbo segments provide high cutting speed and efficient material removal even in hard and reinforced concrete
• Suitable for continuous cutting: The blade is specially designed for long-term continuous cutting applications, such as when cutting trenches, expansion joints and removing concrete structures
• Flexible bore connection: The standard bore is 25.4 mm. The included fitting ring reduces to 20.0 mm, allowing the blade to fit both common motor cut-off saws and machines with a smaller bore
• Dry use: The blade is designed for dry cutting, which increases usability on the job site and eliminates the need for water cooling
