Norton Clipper introduces a new range of lightweight handheld power saws.

The new handheld power saws are equipped with an electronically controlled carburetor, which ensures a smooth start of the powerful 4 kW / 5.4 hp engine. There are 4 models available for 300 or 350 mm saw blades, equipped with an engine that runs on standard mix lubrication or equipped with the first ever iLube® automatic mix lubrication system. This system electronically mixes the oil and petrol. Pre-mixing is no longer necessary, which prevents mixing errors and engine damage.

• Patented twin-pipe interceptors create an airflow that supplies clean air to the engine, while cooling the cylinder and expelling hot air through the rear
• This air system keeps the saw blade cool and significantly less dust enters the air filter
• An external rotary switch knocks the filter clean, reducing the need to clean or replace it
• The machine is equipped with a 5-point vibration-reducing suspension system, has long-life belts combined with a semi-automatic belt tensioning system for improved ease of use
• All this packed into a compact and lightweight ergonomic design
• The magnesium guard is stronger and lighter than the standard aluminium guards in the market
• These new handheld power saws provide greater ease of use, with benefits such as lower vibration levels and 'easy start' of the machines
