Tipsand warnings

• When making repeated shallow cuts, it is better to let the drill cool down for 2 to 3 seconds to increase the life span a little. Overheating or cash friction of the cutting surface will not give the drill as long a life.
• You can also extend the life of the drill a little by taking into account the maximum speed recommended for each type of wood. Heavy pressure on the drill may also cause it to overheat.
• Remove all splinters from previous holes before making a new hole.
  Small Forstner drills can be used in a hand drill, but the result is not always very satisfactory. Using drills larger than 19mm(3/4") in a hand drill may cause injury.
• Always wear proper eye and hearing protection when working with power tools.
