Features

• The new CMT multi-profile cutters can be used to mill dozens of classic profiles
• By varying the height of the cutting heads, the position of the guide and the number of passes, an infinite number of board combinations can be achieved
• It is possible that similar tools have been encountered elsewhere
• However, our cutters have unique characteristics: a hot-applied fluorocarbon resin coating, a profile to prevent kickback, long-life material such as micron-sized carbide and stainless bearings
• For the multi-profile cutters, the use of bench and guide is necessary
• Safety Recommendations: To make small edges, such as some indicated below, remove the profile from a much larger piece and separate the excess material
• By working on a large piece, one can better control the operation and keep one''s hands out of the danger zone
