• Operation of absorption dryer:
  1) The compressed air is first cooled in the aluminum cooling coil, then goes into the water separation filter where most of the moisture (60%) is separated out
  2) After this first step, the compressed air goes into the 1st filter separator which eliminates all remaining moisture and the dried air then goes through the small separator to the internal epoxy powder coated boiler
  3) When the motor shuts off at max pressure, the air from the small separator goes in the opposite direction to the filter separator, cleans it of impurities and moisture and regenerates the filter separator
  4) Afterwards, the 1st separator opens (via solenoid valve), and all moisture and impurities are drained off
