The DF400GK is a medium-sized construction dryer from the Dryfast range, designed for professional use in the construction, rental and water damage markets. This powerful dryer is suitable for efficient drying of spaces up to approximately 400 m³, such as apartments and smaller commercial spaces.

DF400GK is equipped with a highly efficient rotary Panasonic compressor and can be transported in any position and switched on immediately.

A major improvement over the model we supplied before is the transition from an upright design to an inclined position.

This modification was made to optimize compressor cooling, which not only

extends

the life of

the system, but also ensures that the building dryer now operates effectively within a wider temperature range from 0 °C to 40 °C.

In addition, this design has made it possible to use a much quieter axial fan instead of a radial fan, which contributes to quieter operation without compromising performance.

Thanks to the use of the natural refrigerant R290(HC), this dryer delivers excellent performance, even at lower temperatures, and meets the most stringent environmental requirements.

With a dehumidification capacity that rivals already proven models in the field, the DF400GK is a reliable choice for a variety of drying applications.

The dryer is also equipped with a stainless steel drip tray, ensuring the high standard of quality and warranty in this area as well.

As standard, the building dryer is equipped with an hour meter and comes with a 3-year warranty.

The DF400GK uses R290(HC), a natural refrigerant with a very low Global Warming Potential (GWP) of only 3. This gas was chosen as a sustainable alternative to R454C(HFO), in part because of concerns about the presence of PFAS in that refrigerant. R290 is future-proof and meets the most stringent environmental standards.
