The TE-CD 18 Li E Solo is a cordless drill/driver that can be used for drilling and screwing in wood, steel and soft stone. The machine has an 18 V motor that together with the powerful metal drive wheels produces a high torque of 47 Nm. When using this machine, you have the choice of two gears. In first gear, the machine delivers a no-load speed of 0 to 400 rpm. The second gear delivers a no-load speed of 0 to 1,400 rpm. The machine has an electronic torque setting of 9 positions. With its compact size and light weight, it provides the power but also the convenience that belongs to a machine for screwdriving and drilling. The torque setting on this machine is electronically controlled. You no longer need to turn the drill head to different positions but can regulate the torque setting with a switch on top of the machine. The machine has a high-quality 13 mm single-sleeve quick-clamping drill chuck, quick-stop function and automatic spindle lock which enables the user to change drills very quickly. In combination with the overload clutch, which prevents screws from spinning, this ensures that you can carry out your work without much delay. Thanks to the ergonomic design with soft grip, the machine lies well in the hand and can be accurately guided to achieve optimal drilling and screwing results. A good view of the job is not a problem with this machine thanks to the LED lighting. A practical belt clip is included with this machine. This ensures that you can hang the machine from your belt during use. This cordless drill and screwdriver runs on a powerful 18 V rechargeable battery from the Power-X-Change product line. This battery has three handy LEDs, which give you an indication of the battery fill level. The battery is available in different mAh. The battery is not included in the machine. If you already have tools from the Power-X-Change product line, you can use the same batteries and charger for this cordless drill and screwdriver. By the technical possibilities of today with lithium-ion batteries, also Einhell has developed a complete product line where the batteries are interchangeable. You can buy almost all articles from the Power-X-Change product line as a "KIT" version (including battery & charger). If you already have a Power-X-Change battery, this will ensure that you can save a lot of money. Because Einhell itself has developed an intelligent battery system with SSD Chip, you can also use your existing batteries with future Einhell machines. This saves money in your wallet. Charging the battery for this cordless drill and screwdriver is fast, with the Einhell Power-X-Change 18 V quick charger. The charger is not included with the machine.
