Product description

Fischer 40931 Rapid construction anchor FBN II 10/70 electrolytically galvanized steel 20 pieces

The efficient fastener for flexible fixing in uncracked concrete. The fischer Rapid Construction Anchor FBN II is a steel anchor for efficient fastening in uncracked concrete. Thanks to the long thread and two anchoring depths, the fischer Rapid Construction Anchor FBN II can be used particularly flexibly. In addition to front and push-through installation, the rapid construction anchor is also suitable for spacer installation. In the galvanized version, the rapid construction anchor is suitable for fixing handrails, consoles and cable ducts in interior construction.

Advantages

  • The standard anchoring depth reaches the maximum load ratings. As a result, fewer attachment points and smaller anchor plates are required.
  • The reduced anchoring depth allows for a smaller borehole depth. This allows for shorter assembly time and greater flexibility.
  • The long thread ensures balanced component tolerances and allows for distance mounting, providing greater flexibility.
  • Fewer hammer blows and minimal torque slip allow for much easier assembly.
  • The plug-in pin protects the threads from damage, allowing for faster installation and removal of the fastener.

Characteristics

  • With the standard anchoring depth, the FBN II realizes the very highest load capacity. That means: fewer attachment points and smaller anchor plates.
  • When using the reduced anchoring depth, the depth of the borehole is reduced and installation is simplified.
  • The long thread compensates for tolerances in the component. In addition, the FBN II is suitable for remote mounting. This increases flexibility.
  • Easy assembly due to fewer hammer blows and minimal slippage.
  • The impact cam protects the threads from damage. This saves time during assembly and disassembly.

Applications

  • Steel Structures, Railings, Consoles, Ladders, Machinery, Fencing, Facade Systems, Building Materials,
  • Approved for: Concrete C20/25 to C50/60, uncracked Also suitable for: Concrete C12/15 High-density natural stone
  • Approval ETA-07/0211 DoP No. 0015 DoP No. 0756-CPD-0296 GS 3.2/18-082-1-r1

Assembly

  • The FBN II is suitable for push-through and push-through mounting; also suitable for remote mounting under certain conditions.
  • Prior to mounting, place the hex nut in the optimum position (the insertion pin protrudes approx. 3 mm from the hex nut).
  • When torque is applied, the cone bolt is pulled into the spreader clamp, clamping it against the borehole wall.
  • The head relief allows easy use of the anchor.
  • For serial installation, we recommend the use of the FABS anchor bolt mounting attachment.
