The anchor system with internal thread for fixing in cracked and uncracked concrete. The fischer Weft Anchor with Internal Thread RG M I is made of galvanized steel. The placement anchor with internal thread is a system accessory for the various fischer mortar cartridges or injection mortar. For individual fixings, the use of pre-portioned mortar cartridges is particularly efficient. When mounting with the mortar cartridge, the RG M I is applied with a rotary tap using a rotary hammer. During placement, the mortar cartridge is broken up, mixed and the mortar mass is activated. During the installation with the injection mortar, the cast-in anchor with internal thread is manually pushed into the drilled hole by means of slight rotary movements. The various mortars bond the RG M I over the entire surface against the wall of the borehole. The internal threaded anchor can be removed flush with the surface and is particularly suitable for temporary fixing, e.g. of machines, in interior construction.

Montage

• When used in combination with glass capsules: The anchor RG MI with internal thread is inserted with a rotary tap using a rotary hammer and the corresponding mounting aid
• During application, the capsule is broken by the bevelled edge of the internal threaded anchor, mixed and the mortar is activated
• When used in combination with injection mortars: the application of RG M I is done by hand while lightly rotating it to the bottom of the borehole
• The mortar sticks the weft anchor with its whole surface against the wall of the borehole and thus seals the hole
