The Fischer Distance Mounting System Thermax is a solution for fixing into the exterior wall or thermal bridge in the WDVS. The system consists of a special threaded rod made of galvanized steel with a glass fibre reinforced cone, studs and injection sleeves for fixing into perforated brick. In combination with the Fischer High Performance Mortar FIS EM, FIS V, FIS SB and the FIS GREEN, the system is approved for many building materials. The threaded rod with the glass fiber reinforced cone mills itself automatically through the plaster into the insulating material. The threaded rod is anchored in the injection sleeve with an injection mortar into the building material. The cone on the head of the threaded rod interrupts the thermal bridge and takes up the stainless steel stud for the outer fastening. Thermax secures heavy loads such as awnings, surveillance and satellite installations in concrete, aerated concrete and solid and perforated brick masonry.

• By sealing the ring gap with the Fischer Multilue and sealant KD, the plaster level of the facade is sealed
