The Fischer Glass Capsule RSB mini contains a hybrid mortar on a styrene-free vinylester base. The glass capsule is a system component of the Fischer Superbond system for fixings in uncracked and cracked concrete. The assembly pieces are fixed with the Fischer threaded rod RG M, made of galvanized steel, stainless steel and of extremely corrosion resistant steel. The Fischer Threaded Rod is applied with a rotary tap using the assembly tool for chemical anchors. During insertion, the mortar cartridge is broken up, mixed and the mortar mass is activated. The Fischer Superbond Glass Capsule is used, for example, to secure heavy steel constructions, soundproof walls and high scaffolding.

Building materials

• The 2-component glass capsules RSB and RSB mini contain vinylester hybrid mortar with silane technology. They are ideally suited for pre-piercing
• During application the capsule is broken by the beveled edge of the anchoring element, mixed and the mortar is activated
• The glass particles of the capsule roughen the inside of the borehole, so that the cleaning of the borehole is limited to four blows
• The mortar sticks the threaded rod with its entire surface against the wall of the borehole, thus sealing the hole
