Fischer 536878 Concrete screw FBS II 14 x 150 85/65/35 US hexagonal with U washer 10 pieces
The Fischer FBS II is the concrete screw for optimum mounting convenience. The special tooth geometry enables fast screwing into concrete. When installed in ceiling or floor, the drill hole does not need to be cleaned. Thanks to the national approval, multiple use for temporary anchoring, e.g. during formwork work, is no problem. For installation of the wall screw, a tangential impact screwdriver with a bit suitable for the impact screwdriver or a special TX bit is recommended. The concrete screw can be used excellently, for example, for fixing handrails, impact protections, consoles or formwork.
Advantages
- With up to 3 anchoring depths, the FBS II US allows the same screw to be used for different attachment thicknesses
- The special geometry of the toothing allows fast screwing into concrete
- Drill holes need not be cleaned during vertical installation (ceiling and floor). For floor mounts, the hole must be drilled 3x drill hole diameter deeper
- Spreading pressure-free anchoring (undercut) ensures the smallest centre-to-centre and edge distances
- ETA approval covers cracked concrete in seismic applications in categories C1 and C2
- The attachment can be unscrewed up to twice within the approval to insert a shim of up to 10 mm or to align the attached part and then retighten the screw
- The control sleeve allows reuse for temporary fixings (e.g. braces) covered by DIBt approval.
Building Materials
- Concrete C20/25 to C50/60, cracked and uncracked
- Concrete C12/15
- Solid building materials
- High-density masonry
Assembly
- The FBS II is suitable for push-through mounting
- Drill holes need not be cleaned in case of vertical mounting (ceiling and floor) or when using hollow drills. When mounting in floors, the drill hole should be drilled 3x dØ deeper
- For assembly, a tangential impact screwdriver with a bit suitable for the impact screwdriver or a special TX bit is recommended
- If the screw head lies against the mounting piece, the screw is correctly mounted (optical check of mounting).
