Product description

Fischer 546387 FBS II 6 x 120/65 SK counter sunk head 100 pcs

The Fischer concrete screw FBS II 6 SK is made of electrolytically galvanized steel with a countersunk head. The FBS II 6 SK is specifically designed for applications such as fixing pipework, duct systems, ventilation ducts and building services equipment. When the concrete screw is screwed into the drilled hole using an impact wrench, the thread cuts deeply into the concrete, ensuring the highest load capacity. The high ease of installation saves time. The European technical approval for cracked concrete and uncracked concrete as well as for seismic loads and classification in fire resistance class R 120 guarantee even more safety.

Benefits

  • The first concrete screw with a diameter of 6 and variable anchoring depths enable high flexibility and precise adjustment to loads
  • The ETA assessment option 1 covers the use in cracked and uncracked concrete for the highest safety requirements
  • The first concrete screw with a diameter of 6 mm and an ETA assessment for category C1 seismic performance for additional safety standards
  • The FBS II 6 is approved for multiple use in non-load bearing systems and is therefore ideal for the installation of cable ducts, cable trays and pre-stressed hollow core slab floors
  • Drill holes do not need to be cleaned during vertical installation (ceiling and floor). For floor fixing, the hole must be drilled 3 times deeper than the hole diameter
  • Different head shapes offer maximum flexibility and perfect adaptation to the application
  • The recessed head provides a flush installation and is suitable for visually appealing installations
  • The special double angle on the geometry under the head increases the stability of the concrete screw during the screwing-in process
  • The attachment can be unscrewed up to two times within the approval to fit a shim of up to 10 mm or to align the attached part and then re-tighten the screw
  • The concrete screw FBS II 6 offers the possibility of use in masonry (solid construction material)

Building materials

  • Concrete C20/25 to C50/60, cracked and uncracked
  • Prestressed hollow concrete ceilings C30/37 to C50/60 for the multiple use of non-load bearing systems
  • Concrete C12/15
  • High density masonry
  • Solid building materials

Montage

  • The FBS II is suitable for through hole mounting
  • We recommend the use of a suitable impact wrench and socket or TX bit
  • Drill holes do not need to be cleaned during vertical installation (ceiling and floor). For floor fixing, the hole must be drilled 3 times deeper than the hole diameter
  • The concrete screw is correctly mounted when the screw head is flat on the attachment and cannot be screwed in deeper (visual check)
