Description

Fischer 564575 Piercing anchor FAZ II Plus 8/30 EV electrolytically galvanized steels

The anchor bolt for the very toughest requirements in concrete. Strong and flexible. The fischer Piercing anchor FAZ II is the steel anchor for the highest demands. With this anchor, heavy loads are fixed in cracked concrete. The FAZ II can be used particularly flexibly thanks to its simple assembly. The proven spreader clip guides the loads particularly reliably into the concrete and ensures the highest load-bearing capacity. With the galvanized steel version, loads are fixed indoors. The steel anchor is ideally suited for fixing railings, cable ducts and brackets, for example.

Advantages

  • Quick and easy installation without drilling hole cleaning (M8-M24).
  • With the new ETA certification they tensile strengths have increased significantly. As a result, fewer attachment points and thus anchors are needed.
  • The quick assembly of the FAZ II Plus provides an efficient fastening solution for dynamic applications (M16-24) and is also immediately loadable.
  • An independent external assessment guarantees a service life of up to 120 years. Thus, the FAZ II Plus lasts an eternity, making it perfect for large construction projects where a long service life is required (M10-M16).
  • The variable anchoring depth allows for adjustment to the load down to the millimeter.

Characteristics

  • Numerous certifications for different substrates (concrete C12/15 to C80/90, fiber reinforced concrete, full sand-lime brick) for a very wide range of applications.
  • The new ETA confirms the use of the FAZ II Plus for dynamic loads for diameters M16-M24.
  • The ETA certification, along with other test reports (RWS, ZTV and ETK), guarantees high loads during fire.
  • The FAZ II Plus absorbs high seismic loads of performance category C1 and C2 for diameters M10-M24. The use of the shim FFD is optional.
  • The first segment anchor M6 with ETA option 1 certification guarantees secure anchoring.

Applications

  • Steel structures, Catch rails, Consoles, Tunnels, Lifts, Lifting platforms, Running belts, Pumps, Ladders, Cable trays, Machinery, Stairs, Facades,Timber structures

Building Materials

  • Certified for: Cracked and uncracked concrete C20/25 to C50/60
  • Approved for: Concrete C12/15 (independent external test report), Concrete C80/95 (independent external test report), Fiber-reinforced concrete (independent external test report) and Limestone (independent external test report).

Certification

  • ETA-19/0520, DoP No. 0334, ESR-2948

Assembly

  • The FAZ II Plus is suitable for both front and through-hole mounting and, thanks to its long thread, is also ideal for remote mounting.
  • When the tightening torque is applied, the taper is pulled into the spreader clip, causing it to engage firmly in the borehole wall.
  • According to the certification, the anchor is correctly positioned when the predetermined tightening torque is reached.
  • In the case of serial mounting, we recommend using the FABS or FA-ST II mounting aids.
  • For seismic loads, the annular gap between anchor and attachment can be filled with injection mortar by using the shim FFD.
  • For dynamic loads, an additional dynamic set should be used which is filled with injection mortar FIS V Plus, FIS EM Plus, FIS HB or FIS SB after installation.
