The fischer concrete screw FBS 5 US is made of galvanized steel with a hexagonal head and pressed-in washer. The FBS 5 US is perfectly designed for applications such as fastening rail systems, cable clamps or electrical installations and installations in general, as well as DIY applications. When the concrete screw is driven in, the threaded flanks cut deep into the concrete, providing high load-bearing capacity. The shallow drilling depth saves time during installation. The recommended loads for cracked and uncracked concrete and suitability in masonry such as limestone, as well as the classification in fire resistance class R120, ensure safety.

Assembly

• Cleaning of the drill hole is necessary.
• The concrete screw FBS 5 US is recommended for through-hole mounting.
• We recommend assembly with a tangential impact screwdriver with suitable impact screw bit, or with a cordless screwdriver or manually.
• The screw is correctly installed when the screw head is flush with the attached element and cannot be screwed in further, visual inspection.
