• The fischer Chemical capsule RM II in combination with anchor rod RG M is the first capsule system with European-Technical Approval Option 1 for shifted concrete, which does not require borehole drilling.
• The Chemical capsule is used to anchor steel structures, machinery or stairs in indoor and outdoor areas.
• The Capsule can be used with the fischer Anchor Rod RG M and the fischer Female Threaded Anchor RG M I.
• The Chemical Capsule RM II does not require borehole cleaning, nevertheless the anchor can still take very high loads, which allows for fast processing.

Assembly

• The Chemical Capsule RM II in combination with Anchor Rod RG M or Female Threaded Anchor RG MI is applicable as a pre-piercing assembly.
• The 2 component Chemical capsule RM II contains styrene-free vinyl ester resin and hardener.
• The mounting element should be placed with a drill hammer in knock-down rotary function and associated mounting tool.
• While inserting the anchor rod, the glass capsule is broken and thanks to the rotary-knocking motion, the 2 components are mixed together, this allows the chemical reaction to take place.
• The mortar adheres to both the borehole wall and the anchor rod, making the anchor one with the concrete.
