• By allowing temperature measurements to be made with a contact surface
• You can make contact surface and non-contact measurements at the same time
• Because your RTD infrared thermometer displays the results of both
• Simply insert the probe into the RTD jack
• Place the probe on or below the surface of the object to be measured
• And start taking temperature readings
