Technical data

• Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, pure gypsum, and bitumen. When bonding plastics, always conduct an adhesion test first. Adhesion to plastic can vary depending on the type of plastic and the quality of the plastic
• Remove wet adhesive residues immediately with white spirit. Dried adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.
• Consumption: For dotwise bonding: 5-8 m²/kg. Streaks: 1 tube yields approx. 8-15 meters of adhesive (depending on diameter of nozzle cut off)
• Store dry in closed packaging between +5°C and +25°C
• Contents: 425 g

User Manual

• Gluing/MOUNTING: Cut thread, assemble nozzle and cut to a diameter of min. 0.5 cm
• Apply adhesive evenly, depending on the weight of the material, every 10 to 40 cm in vertical stripes or dots
• Always apply adhesive at corners and along edges
• Mount materials directly with a sliding motion and press or tap firmly. Correcting is still possible
• For heavy materials, fix or support if necessary
• Close tube tightly immediately after use
• Sealing: Cut off the thread, assemble the nozzle and cut at an angle to the desired joint width.
• Apply sealant to the bottom of the joint and smooth out within 10 minutes with a wet (water with dish soap without lemon) finger, putty knife or sealant spreader
• Smooth vertical joints from bottom to top
• Close tube tightly immediately after use
• The temperature of environment, adhesive and materials to be bonded should not be lower than +5°C
• Parts must be clean, dust- and grease-free. Provide a firm substrate. Substrate may be slightly moist. Use of primer not necessary.
• Before use, open the tube at the top by cutting off the plastic nipple above the thread with a sharp knife. Then attach the nozzle and cut it at an angle (opening min. Ø 5 mm).
