Description

• Protective jaws have a solid aluminum core or are made entirely of polyurethane ( type PP and type PR )
• The profile is rectangular and parallel which maintains the accuracy of the HEUER vise
• Due to the integrated special magnets, the protective jaws adhere securely to the wrought iron vice
• Despite the extremely strong magnets, magnetism does not penetrate the clamping surfaces so no chips are attracted and the clamped workpiece is not magnetized either
• The jaws are made of polyurethane
• This highly elastic, robust and aging-resistant material regains its original shape after deformation under pressure
• Different sizes of prism-shaped notches hold the workpiece securely in place
