Special features

• Protective jaws have a solid aluminum core or are made entirely of polyurethane ( type PP and type PR )
• The profile is rectangular and parallel which maintains the accuracy of the HEUER vise
• Due to the integrated special magnets, the protective jaws adhere firmly to the wrought iron vise
• Despite the extremely strong magnets, magnetism does not penetrate the clamping surfaces so no chips are attracted and the clamped workpiece is also not magnetized
• The tension surfaces are made of fiber with a special, horizontally layered structure
• Even when clamping heated workpieces, the fiber layer is not deformed.
