Description HIT-M65SA

• The HIT-M is the first and only mobile device for the realization of optically seamless joints. With the hot air injection, all seamless edgings available on the market can be processed with applied bonding layer - without using additional adhesive for the joint.
• The HIT-M is flexible and ideal for complex parts. The advantages are particularly great with free forms or small radii. In addition, perfectly straight, angled and round sheet materials can be processed.
• Perfectly straight, angled, curved and round sheet materials and shaped parts can be processed. Bevelled cutting edges of up to 55° can be easily realized.
• The working temperature is reached a few seconds after the aggregate was switched on. Intensive paint changes and cleaning of the glue pool are eliminated with the HIT-M.

• For slanted sheet edges, the support plate can be swivelled up to 50°.
• Automatic edge retraction with edge detection as a stop function.
