Omschrijving

• The HIT-M is the first and only mobile device for the realization of optically seamless joints. With hot air injection, all seamless edge bands available on the market can be processed with applied adhesive layer - without using additional adhesive for the joint.
• The HIT-M is flexible and ideal for complex parts. The advantages are particularly great with free forms or small radii. In addition, perfectly straight, angled and round sheet materials can be processed.
• Perfectly straight, angled, curved and round sheet materials and shaped parts can be processed. Slanting cutting edges of up to 55° are easily achievable.
• The working temperature is reached a few seconds after the unit was switched on. An intensive paint change and the cleaning of the adhesive basin are eliminated with the HIT-M.

Voordeel

• For sloping sheet edges, the support plate can be swivelled up to 50°.
• Automatic edge retraction with edge detection as a stop function.
• A clear placement of the controls allows for easy and intuitive operation of the HIT-M.
