The carbide teeth of the saw blade are grouped in clusters. During manufacturing, vacuum-brazed carbide particles are strategically applied by bonding them to the edge of the saw blade. They precisely cut through the fibers of both rigid and flexible insulation materials and ensure a clean cut. This reduces the risk of clogs in the vacuum channels, improves dust extraction, and ensures a clean cut.
