Description

• Carbide cutter with cross serrations for general purpose applications. The cross serrations allow pleasant working and better control. Improved milling convenience increases material removal. Suitable for almost all metals, e.g. steel hardened, unhardened, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, cast iron, bronze.
• Application examples: deburring, contour machining, surface machining, milling out hard-to-reach areas, machining sharp corners
• Unique radius cutter with special curve structure. The specially developed guide system prevents slipping of the workpiece. Therefore ideally suited for fine radii on sharp corners/edges and good control over sharp corners. The special groove geometry (overlapping standard teeth in the milling center) achieves fine milling on all surfaces and high stock removal at high tool life. The smooth face helps guide the cutter and protects against surface damage. Specially designed for creating radius stages on hard materials such as steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, bronze, copper, brass, etc.
