• The 20 cm (7/32) round chainsaw file with spiral cap from Crescent Nicholson is ideal for aggressive sharpening work. It is important that you sharpen your chainsaw correctly. First, make sure chain is properly tensioned so the chisels do not move while filing. Next, file from inside to outside. File all left chisels of the chain first and then all right chisels. Hold the file at a 25 to 45° angle to the saw.
