A cordless hot air gun comes in handy at home for installing shrink sleeves, shaping plastic, thawing water pipes, removing stickers, waxing snowboards and skis or for removing weeds. Rapid''s RX1000 hot air gun heats quickly to 550 °C, which is used for most jobs. A clear LCD screen for controlling temperature and airflow also displays battery charge status. Unique release system allows easy removal of hot nozzles without burning yourself, providing added safety. Two airflow settings allow you to work flexibly. Can be set down stably flat so you always have both hands free to work. Supplied in a convenient protective storage and transport case including 4.0Ah P4A 18V battery, 18V-20 charger and quick start guide that helps use the tool correctly. The Rapid RX1000 is part of Bosch''s POWER FOR ALL ALLIANCE (P4A). This allows the same battery to be used for 18V P4A products from Rapid and brands such as Bosch, Gardena, Gloria and Wagner.
