• The Rodia DC 1450TS is a stainless steel diamond saw that consists of a mobile saw table with a fixed streamlined stainless steel extraction hood and a folding brush for optimal extraction
• The saw can be connected to a TNO approved vacuum cleaner with a minimum capacity of 400m³/hour
• By means of direct source extraction the concentration of respirable quartz remains below the legal limit of 0.075 mg/m³, resulting in a dust-free and therefore healthy, dry and clean working environment
• Dry cutting bricks ensures that bricks no longer need to be dried and can therefore be processed immediately
• After sawing, the sawing machine requires minimal cleaning
• When wet-cutting stones and/or blocks, a lot of (caked) dirt accumulates in the water tank, which, if not cleaned in time, also affects the operation of the water supply pump and causes malfunctions
• In addition, wet cutting can lead to white rashes and discoloration of stones
• This is now a thing of the past when it comes to dry cutting
