Features

• The range of TPI diamond saw blades is specially designed for mitre cutting.
• The main features of the TPI are its great stability and high cutting speed. The thickness of 2.5 mm allows the TPI to make mitre cuts without using a special place set, but for maximum precision this is always a welcome addition.
• For the TPI saw blades, we chose the TURBO variant, taking into account that the original edge and top edge must be respected. For the ceramic tile this leaves us a small margin of 1 to 2 mm. This way no damage occurs to the glaze.
• The connection between the diamond band and the steel core is established by laser welding technology for maximum resistance.
• For the best performance of TPI diamond wheels, it is very important to use a sanding block periodically.
• When using a new saw blade, or after long-term storage, it should always be used first to sharpen the blade.
• Also, if you notice that the cutting speed has decreased, you can remedy this by sawing a sharpening block. The proper way to use these blocks is to cut small slices of the block.
• It is recommended to use the TPI diamond saw blades in sawing tables with a standard sufficient protection system for the use of non-continuous discs.
