The GF3 SLIM fiber optic extension spring Ø 3 mm is a cable extension spring with meter counter. With a maximum diameter of only Ø 4.5 mm, it is ideal for rewiring occupied lines or laying fiber optic cables (FTTH - Fiber To The Home). The Ø 3mm fiber optic extension spring with patented RG4.5 anti-torsion guide head is stored in a highly shock-resistant plastic box. The measurement unit of the meter counter can be changed from Metric (m) to Imperial (ft).For service work, the housing can be opened with only one screw at the back. This also allows removal of the integrated accessory box, which contains a 14-piece accessory set. The included adapter with RTG Ø 3 mm internal thread to RTG Ø 6 mm external thread allows many combinations. In addition, the box features an ergonomic carrying handle and a non-slip backing. The total breaking load of 100 kg relates to the fiber optic cable Ø 3 mm including RG4.5 anti-torsion guide head.
