Product description

Soudal 127320 Soudafoam Flex PU foam 750ml

Soudafoam Flex is a standard elastic, low expansion PU gun foam with a very high elastic shape recovery. The elastic 1k PU foam follows joint movements, does not crack and thus guarantees its thermal and acoustic insulating properties for many years.

Features

  • High dimensional stability (no shrinkage or post-expansion)
  • Groot vullend vermogen
  • Excellent adhesion to all materials(except PE, PP and PTFE)
  • Hoge isolatiewaarde, thermisch en akoestisch
  • Excellent mounting characteristics
  • Zeer nauwkeurig doseerbaar
  • Low expansion
  • Elastic and compressible
  • Freon-free (harmless to ozone layer and greenhouse effect)
  • Fast curing
  • Not UV resistant

Toepassingen

  • All foam applications in static and non-static joints
  • Assembly of windows and doors
  • Filling of hollow spaces
  • Sealing all openings in roof structures
  • Application of a soundproofing layer
  • Optimizing insulation in refrigeration

Gebruiksaanwijzingen

  • Shake the canister vigorously for 20 seconds. Screw the canister onto the gun. Moisten the surface free of grease and dust. For non-conventional substrates, it is recommended to perform an adhesion test on the substrate first. Fill the joint or cavity before 65 aar the foam expands further during curing. Shake regularly during use. If working in several layers, moisten between layers. Uncured foam can be removed with cleaner or acetone. Before using the cleaner, test that surfaces are not affected by it. Especially plastics and lacquer or paint layers can be sensitive to this. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically or with Soudal PU Remover. Bus temperature: +5 °C - 30 °C Ambient temperature: -10 °C - 35 °C Substrate temperature: -10 °C - 35 °C Safety recommendationsPlease observe standard work hygiene. Wear gloves and safety glasses. Remove cured foam mechanically, never burn away. Refer to packaging and safety data sheet for further information. Additional safety measures are always required when spraying (e.g. with a compressor). Ventilate sufficiently in closed rooms.
