Special characteristics

• High chemical resistance
• Mould and bacteria resistant
• Free of MEKO, phthalates, solvents and isocyanates
• No bleeding or staining
• Strong adhesion and permanently flexible
• Almost odorless, no bleed-through and no staining.
• Safe indoor and outdoor application, even on damp, non-porous substrates.
• Adheres without primer to most materials and is chlorine and seawater resistant after 7 days.

• Basis: MEKO free neutral silicone.
• Form: elastic paste.
• Appearance: colorless shiny.
• Skin formation (23°C 50 % R.H.): 15 minutes.
• Adhesive-free (23°C 50 % R.H.): 10 minutes.
• Curing: (23°C 50 % R.H.) 2 mm/24 h.
• Volume shrinkage: after curing 4%.
• Tensile strength: 130 N/cm².
• Hardness: (ISO 868) 25 Shore A.
• Thermal stability: - 40°C to + 150°C.
• Processing temperature: + 5°C to + 40°C.
• Adhesion: excellent with the exception of PE-PP-Teflon-Bitumen.
• Elongation at break: 700
• E-modulus: 100 % 0.32 MPa.
• Paintable: Not paintable.
• Mould and bacteria resistance after curing: 1 (highest class).
• Shelf life: minimum 12 months.
