Description

• The ultimate repair for all roofs - 20-year flexibility
• Immediate sealing and permanent repair at temperatures from -12°C to 50°C, on dry or wet surfaces, without dissolving or washing away
• With butyl rubber for longer life and flexibility, bitumen for waterproofing and glass fibre for strength

Applications

• Repair of flat and pitched roofs with bituminous covering
• Sealing of chimneys, gutters, roof edges, compression strips, roof penetrations,...
• Waterproofing of foundations and walls, flat and pitched roofs, domes, terraces and balconies
• As a cold adhesive for bonding bituminous materials (roofing, shingles, corrugated sheets)
• Fixing of lead flashings
• Immediate sealing of leaking roofs (wet substrates)

• Water resistance with sufficient run off: very good
• Application temperature: from -12°C to 50°C
• Do not apply in case of snow or black ice
• Shelf life: 24 months in closed original packaging, kept dry, cool and frost-free
• For best results, apply a build-up of 3 mm in layers of 1.5 mm.
