Description

• An industrial trowelable 2-component epoxy mortar
• 3x stronger than concrete
• Can be processed without additional primer or base coats
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications
• Applicable in unlimited thicknesses and can be worked out to zero level without loss of strength and shrinkage
• Resistant to heavy traffic, forklifts, transpalets

Applications

• Repair of damage in industrial floors, roadways, garage floors, bridge decks, weighbridges, loading docks, driveways, concrete joint noses, manholes
• Leveling and slope mortar for creating durable impact-free transitions for rolling traffic at doors, gates, passageways, sidewalks
• Stair and step repair compound
• Fixing and side levelling of door rails, floor profiles
• Tile repair compound. Both for filling the holes of missing tiles and setting and grouting compound for new tiles
• Repair mortar for floor chamois
• Creation of small traffic barriers or catastrophic barriers for fire water and/or chemical storage areas
• Sealing of wide cracks, fissures and other floor degradations

• Composition: epoxy resin, polyamine hardener and acid washed, annealed quartz granules.
• Color: concrete color.
• Solids content: 100%.
• Density: approx 2 +/- 0.1 kg/dm³.
• Compressive strength: 41 N/mm².
• Bending tensile strength: 20 N/mm².
• E-modulus: 1701 N/mm².
• Harding: shrinkage-free.
• Adhesion: to stone, concrete, wood: exceeds the cohesion of the substrate
• to metals: minimum 2 N/mm²
• To plastics: should always be tested.
• Does not adhere to polyethylene or polypropylene film (release agents when using formwork).
• Temperature resistance:
• permanent from -30°C to 50°C
• accidental 90°C
• Mold resistance unloaded: 200°C.
• Resists steam cleaning perfectly.
• Chemical resistance: resists acids, alkalis, salts, oils, gasoline, heating malt, fertilizers urine, most solvents, aggressive vapors, sea air
