Features

• With the lockcase template Frontplate Handle & Cylinder Nemef 1200 you can easily mill the frontplate, handle & cylinder of the nemef 1200 lock in the door
• The jig is made for a door thickness of 40 mm and is not variable
• With 3 sides mounted together, this mould is formed into a U-cassette
• This way you can easily slide the mould over the door
• Placing the centre of the handle hole at 1050 mm ensures that the jig is positioned correctly on the door
• All contours in the mould ensure that the dimensions of the lock, such as backset, PC-size and faceplate size are correct
• Because one side sticks out upwards and the other side sticks out downwards, you can easily fix the jig to the door with a Quick-grip clamp and it is therefore easy to use
